SIA “AdForte” is committed to respecting your privacy and recognizes the importance of the personal data, by which you can be identified, such as your name, address, e-mail address and specified phone numbers ("Personal Data"). SIA “AdForte” will not provide your Personal Data to any third party without your consent.
Cancellation policy
If you are unhappy with our service and wish to cancel your order or arrange a refund, please email us and we will arrange the cancellation and refund. SIA “AdForte” will arrange a refund in amount you have on Your account (the credit left) under any circumstances You name as a reason to request a refund.
You may request a refund to your bank account any time; we will withhold a fee for a bank transaction according to our bank’s price list for a payment. You may request a credit or debit card refund within 7 days and PayPal refund – within 30 days; such refund transactions will be free of charge.
We will answer to your refund request within 24 hours and You are required to consider refund and come back to us within 48 hours.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
SmsBox provides sending of SMS and MMS:
- For non-commercial purposes (private individuals) with a possibility within 24 hours to send 2 free sms (with registration) or 1 (without registration) free text messages to users of Latvian mobile networks;
- For commercial purposes with a possibility to send an unlimited number of text messages for a fee, defining the sender’s name (for example, advertising text messages).
Please remember that any use of the Internet service is not anonymous, so please send messages with the dignity for a recipient!
SmsBox rights
SmsBox reserves the right to:
- Use the recipients’ phone numbers, entered in the website www.SmsBox.lv, for advertising, sending to those numbers no more than 2 advertising text messages in a year;
- Block a user’s (sender’s) phone number and/or IP address in the SmsBox system without prior notice and at its own discretion in cases where the user sends information which (including, but not limited to) offends personal dignity and respect, does not comply with morality, ethics and decency, calls for illegal activities, is an unmatched advertising.
